This vlogg has a huge impact to the maranao people, because most of the philipino's that are christian, there's a little boundaries between muslim and christian,some of my friends in highschool says,its better to have and ASWANG,OR ANANANGGAL or WAK-WAK neighbor,it means some kind of VAMPIRE neighbor rather than MARANAO, cause they are trator.but in this vlogg it show's other way around...this video educate to some people that,after all MARANAO, is not as bad as we think,cause i have a neighbor also who is MARANAO, we are very closed playing basketball every sunday. Tapay is rice fermented with yeast, Kulas. Originally, I mean. It has a sweet-sour flavor, and when fermented further, it becomes rice vinegar, and then finally, rice wine. It still exists in other parts of the Philippines, though it's known more widely as "bubud" or "buro". It also survives in other languages, like in Ifugao tapuy, a kind of rice wine, and in Maguindanao tinapayan, fish in fermented rice. The word "tinapay" (bread) also derives from the same root word, as bread also uses yeast.
