Of course. Nito Ryu in Japan used two swords as well. The stick in Eskrima/Arnis/kali is used as a training tool for blunt and edged weapons. Espada y daga or sword and dagger are interchangeable. As well a empty hand or any combination with, sword, knife, stick or baston and free hand. Very ambidextrous

На равном оружии - конечно. Если навык сильнее - то и на более слабом оружии.
