My guy. Modern Tagalog is still Tagalog except there are some simple sentences and simple words that can corporate Tagalog in each sentence. It doesn't need to mix in English. Those perceptions are just the way Manila people think. In Cative and Batangas. They don't mix English and Tagalog to form a sentence and they talk a different kind of Tagalog also. Also it is not a dialect. It is a language itself. It is only a dialect if they are different in or in some grammar and accent. But they still belong to the same language. That what makes the language a dialect.
