Cyrillic Bopoha .. B sounds like Latin V .. o .. same as o for us .. p .. pronounced as we do R .. then O .. then h pronounced as we do N then a which is the same as our a .. so Vorona .. or Crow

Mr Traxler, that's right but "Bopoha" is not in Cyrillic. In Cyrillic it would be "Ворона" - the graphics of almost all the letters is the same (except for "h/н" - which just indicates that this is not Cyrillic), but the codes of these characters in ASCII table do not match. That causes, in particular, impossibility of searching of Russian context in KZbin written in Latin letters with similar graphics.

@@АлександрАбополов my bad .. I was trying to type and missed the H for the h I typed .. and yeah .. I just find it a bit .. disturbing that many people haven't the least idea of anything but their own language and alphabet. I know that the Greeks got the alphabet from the Phoenicians which they modified .. that it got then from them to the Etruscans who modified it then to the Romans where it developed into the Latin alphabet while Russians got the Greek alphabet which they then added characters to for the Slavic languages. I know I am mostly uneducated about this but at least I have a small idea of what I find fascinating in our world. I will strive to improve .. dang it . .I need a Russian wife! :)
