The genius of the Filipino cook! Using cream cheese instead of ricotta or cottage cheese which most people would use. The dish is also very meaty which i like. One change I would make is beef powder over chicken. Everything else is perfect! Thank you sister.

Philadelphia cream cheese is the most versatile cheese when it comes to cooking. I use it in many dishes including lasagna. I don't use chicken powder or sugar but may give it a try. I do use ricotta, mozzarella, cheddar, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese along with the cream cheese. I mix all of the cheeses in a bowl and bind with 2 eggs and add basil. I also mix ground beef, ground pork, minced dry salami and minced pepperoni cooked in olive oil, onion and fresh garlic with a teaspoon of oregano.

The plus side of using sugar in pasta where tomato sauce will be is that it reduces the acid that causes people to have heart burn. This is something I learned from watching Italian chiefs on television and their right it really does work on helping reduce heart burn🚫🔥🚫 🍝😋🤗
