According to book. But recent studies concluded that Jose Rizal only know few words and vocabs of other languages. And those people who heard him speaking foreign words think that he can speak fluently. You can consider a person a multi langual if they can speak even 1 word of a foreign languagem and that is the case of rizal.

In order to prove that someone speak FLUENTLY in a foreign language is for him to took international foreign exams for employment and literacy. Or to make a long conversation with native speakers. I'm not insecure and anything, but in this man's case, he just basically memorize the entire thing, base on his eye movement and facial expressions. But it is incredible! (I speak korean because I'm working abroad and spanish as I spent my childhood in mexico.) and basically all those phrases are introduction in different languages.

I've read or seen somewhere that when a baby starts to want to speak and pick up words to add to their vocabulary, the region of their brain that is dedicated to learning to speak becomes hyperactive. When you have a desire to learn, and really motivate yourself, this region of the brain is reactivated again even as an adult. Somehow Marlon here has taken advantage of his heightened brain activity due to his desire to learn. This I believe is how he has successfully managed to learn multiple languages at the same time.

Esperanto was an artificial language invented in the early 20th century, and was supposed to be a universal language, but it failed (not surprised, because it was a mixture of European languages only). I speaks a few languages but not as many as Marlon, but I can tell for sure that his Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch German, Chinese, and Korean pronunciation/accent is perfect. He speaks with so much confidence. His Indonesian is also perfect (I'm Indonesian by the way) with an eastern Indonesian accent. He probably learned from an eastern Indonesian (he did say that he learned it from Indonesian in the Philippines). Bravo!. I'm sure he knows more languages by this time (2021).
