Thank you sir. How to differentiate this entity from verrucous carcinoma? Verrucous carcinoma also has bulbous like extension into the stroma and lack of atypia. Will koilocytic changes will be helpful?

The main clue is a depth of invasion/growth. But sometimes it can be very problematic. Clinical history might be helpful; verrucous carcinoma is worth considering in long-standing, large lesions.

How to cure this incase?

It depends on the size and location. Some cases regress without treatment. Topical agents or surgery are the treatment options; recurrence is, however, common.
