As someone who works as a custodian in a school i have way to many sketch books from the garbages that kids just throw out and if they are in good enough condition or they don’t have a lot of drawings in them I’ll take them for myself.

Talent is everything if the videos i have seen of people drawing for 150 days and they do god lvl stuff and here i am 9 months in and cant even draw a box in every angle or a cylinder. It has thought me that talent truly is everything.

Probably because people attention span is getting shorter, and not many want to watch long form content. When something can be explained in a minute, why take 10-30 minutes. At least that’s what I’ve heard.

I think I enjoy these shorter videos because they inspire me enough to create. When I watch longer vids I tend to over consume a bunch of KZbin vids instead of actually committing to my creative practices.
