Loved the video and the minimalist approach of only mentioning things you actually use. I want so guidance I am looking to get my first device on a budget for 2d animation and motion graphics should I go for a gaming laptop with graphic tablet or an Ipad (10th gen 256gb) paired with apple pencil ? I've learnt the softwares like toonboom harmony, animate cc, and the Adobe suite for motion graphic.

Thanks! If you are going to be a heavy user( motion graphics) then I would go with a PC. becasue there are no softwares that can dongood motion graphics on the iPad now

The iPad and procreate is great because the people who design it are some of the best tech engineers on the planet, not because apple have money. Elon musk has money, and everything he sells is shit, skill and experience is key, not having a trillion dollars

Agree. And the top tech engineers are always employed by top companies who pay top dollar. Can't pay top dollars for you arnt worth much(valuation and profit) My reasoning is simple. Apple is worth so much and they will do anything, product wise to stay that way. So as a result, they will make good products to stay ahead.
