Do you write this up indorse it and mail it by itself. Or do you mail the 1099a, oid and 1040v with it??

it works. varies from person to person. most think its a scam but that's where you let them know that they are the trustee and you are the beneficiary

You don't take the 1099-A with you or tell them that's how you intend to pay them. I'm not gonna explain whole process for you. You can find it here on YT
