Hello Taquane, I have pushed the envelope on this 1099a and the other 3 forms. I picked the car that I wanted. I told them that I would have payment sent from the U S Treasury Dept. They asked me to help them understand. I sat with the chief finance manager. I explained the forms and how they work. I made sure that I had the correct TIN's. I told them that I would fill out the forms and bring them copies. They said GREAT! I am new at this but I am not afraid. I do have some questions. I will hit you up in a few days. Ron G

Question on your thoughts? Why we need a business to be the fiduciary? If you’re a secured party already via filing of the UCC statement and security agreement, can’t your trust file the forms with you as the lender and the mortgage company or car people as the recipient?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge! If they don’t accept hit them with a conditional acceptance. They are performing the role of trustees. Like this guy said YOU ARE THE BENEFICIARY. So this applies to Tesla dealership as well. If they say no sorry. Hit em with a conditional acceptance. Go check out Christopher hauser and mz Jackson they both have been doing this. Hauser went to prison for this but they couldn't prove he was scamming so he has a huge case against Tennessee for kidnapping and he learned from people doing it. If all you need is a “trustee”, which anybody who is not a beneficiary , then you can make your mother or father, or any family member a trustee (if you trust them). They file everything for you as long as everything is filled out correctly and they understand the process. Treasury approves your request (if they do) then distributes to the trustee , then the trustee pays whoever you are trying to pay to by a house from or a car from. Then the rest of the process……..

They have to be from the irs or they will consider them fake. They have numbers connected to them. Things like the W-8BEN can be printed out and that's for not paying income taxes
