I’m new to having Canva Pro…. maybe you have a video on this already? If you use Canva pro elements and I know you need to make the design yours not just take a standalone image use it, are you still able to sell this digitally? Or is it only physical items you can make? I guess my question has to do with non-pro as well if you’re able to sell designs you make with Canva elements? I have read their information sheet, but I just don’t fully understand it. Thank you, and I love your videos!!

This is such a great video! After watching I made my own Christmas ones from digital patterns I made in Canva as well! They came out amazing! But when I went to upload them to a DTF printer website to get DTF prints (I'm making shirts for me and my bestie!), the image resolution was too low. I created them on a 2000 x 2000 px canvas, then went back and resized to 3600 x 3600 px but they were still not good. I had to up the size to 5400 x 5400. that worked, but then I uploaded them to Cricut, just to see if I could possibly add them to my Etsy to sell. Unfortunately no matter what size I made them I was still getting a Low Resolution warning. My question is (finally getting to the question lol)... Do you have any advice or insight into why this is happening? I've looked all over the internet for a fix but haven't found anything. Could it be an issue with the digital papers I made? I would really like to sell the designs I made but I want to make sure to give people good files. Any advice would be much appreciated.
@CrystalsCrafties3 ай бұрын
Hi! Yes, definitely check the resolution on the digital papers you made. If they were not high enough resolution when you used them in the design then it will result in a low res file all together. Other than that, I'm really not sure. The only time I've ever had problems with the 2000x2000px size is when the clip art I was using was low rez to begin with.

@@CrystalsCrafties thank you for responding so quickly! Hmm.. the papers I made were 3600x3600. So it must be the clipart I used for the papers, but the text is also coming out blurry. I’m going to reset, try better images and try creating text in procreate then uploading that to Canva see if that helps. Thank you so much for the advice! I’ll let you know how it works out! 🤞🏼

@@annmariedesimone8891 I download into cricut sometimes after designing something and using 300 DPI…. Always says low resolution. You can search videos about it the only way I was able to fix it was to use beta in cricut but I didn’t like it so I switched back. But if use beta, it won’t give you a low resolution warning. You can always upscale your image with different sites. But again, if it starts with low resolution, when you download, maybe there’s no way fixing that… I’m no expert so I have no clue.

I love your videos, but I have a question and a request. What size did you make the design? I've seen text designs that have a "pattern background" behind the text that seems to form the shape of the letters. I don't know how else to describe it. I was wondering if you know how to do that and if you could do a video of the process for making it. Thanks

Hi! I usually size my Canva designs to 2000x2000px and they come out great. As for the type of design you're talking about...I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean. I have this tutorial that may be what you're talking about but if not, maybe you can send a photo of what you trying to do. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXjWgoV4ocamqbs

I've tried inserting different graphics into letter frames, some graphics with conform into the background, but a majority of them won't. Is there a reason for that? I've been having to use photopea but I would much rather stick to canva. Any suggestions?
@CrystalsCrafties11 күн бұрын
Usually only a photo element will work in a frame. Try narrowing your element search to photos, not graphics and see if that helps.

How do you upload a picture from Canva to design space?
@CrystalsCrafties2 ай бұрын
Hi! For this type of design you'll want to export the file from Inkscape as a PNG file (Just go to "file" then "export" and it will save as a PNG file. This will be a print then cut in Design Space. If you're needing an actual SVG, you'll have to remove the digital paper for your design if you used any. Once the digital paper is removed, you can save the file as SVG and upload it to DS.

How to pull the images from the desktop to canva?
@CrystalsCrafties2 ай бұрын
Hi! You'll go to "upload" in the left side menu bar and from there you can either drag and drop your files or you can select "upload file" at the top and then search for the file you want to upload.
