You have a tele handler with a telescoping arm you can put a dumpster at the window and save hours of work

@@farmallskittle not so much if you lift as vertical as possible, besides I’ve seen those things lift and move cars around a salvage yard. Build an 8x8 box out of plywood then use that to haul it to a demolition can. Much easier than handling everything twice.

Plan a second small fire area to cook hot dogs, brat, etc. big fire (especially if Cooper lights it, recall him and his buddy burning a service truck). It’s hard to get close enough. Plus only clean lumber. No lead, asbestos, creosote....

Picking up mama cornstar in tractor was funny. I took my wife out on a date with an old 70 Ford with stock racks that I used to haul hogs. Been married 24 years now. Definitely a keeper.

Your sister might want some of that lathe for craft projects. There are tons of ideas for it on pinterest and the internet. Tomato stakes is just one, but really cute household decorating projects as well. You could even make homemade Christmas gifts with it. It has that barnwood look and appeal to it.

It's getting close to being the nice part of living in Iowa. I lived their 9yrs after 30yrs in Las Vegas. Corning Iowa was great til it wasn't. Ooww those winters. Of course the first 2 were exciting at first. Had a big craftsman house on 1/4 acre. Big step up from city living. Loved the gravel roads too

Cole, when you start removing more debris from upstairs. Take 5 large Rubbermaid trash cans, cut the bottoms off each can. Attach a small chain from each trash can handle to the next leaving room for the cans to almost become separated, creating a 36” wide chute and however long you want them. Hang the top trash can from your window ledge on the upper floor, lower the cans out the window to either a bin or trailer, or loader bucket. It will save you a lot of time and effort when cleaning up.

Cole park a trailer under the window to throw the lathe into. Then you can just tip the trailer up onto where the fire will be. No double handling it.
