As a Miami Dolphin fan, I will celebrate with Liam Eichenberg is off the team.

Liam has heart but a backup at best.

74 has none of those traits. He’s the worst guard I’ve ever seen.

How can we all see how bad the two guards and T.E. Hill are, and Greer not make any changes. He is either extremely arrogant wanting his picks to work out or he's not understanding football matchups!

Every year, it’s the same tired argument for us Dolphins fans. In 2021, no offensive line. In 2022, still no offensive line. By 2023, the refrain was, “We need a better offensive line.” And now, here we are in 2024, saying the exact same thing: our O-line just isn’t good enough. The injury excuse only carries so much weight-it’s worn thin. Unless drastic changes are made after this season, it’s clear management will never take meaningful steps to address this glaring issue. Love your content by the way, keep up the great work.

Absolutely… had Tua not missed those 4 games, they win at least 3 of the 4 FOR SURE, and most likely the AZ game when you consider the muffed snap (from being rusty) leading to a safety in a game loss by 1… they’d be a sure fire playoff team… but they’d end up losing in the wildcard round anyway cause the only way to get by with a bad offensive line is to have a top 3 defense… and this line is worse than bad… the packers made MIAs line look like children in the trenches. The way Lam and Liam were getting man handled instantly made them look like highschool players…
@davidjoseph931422 күн бұрын
This why I believe Grier needs to go, I don't care if you playing madden backyard football or in the NFL the team that win always have good trench play. That why I thought signing Odell was stupid. If you want to see Tua flourishes give him one more good TE, trade Tyreek somehow. Spend the money on 2 good oline.
@tiaaug28322 күн бұрын
They need to upgrade the whole O-line…the packers rushed 3 and still sacked Tua…that alone is ridiculous…the O-line is ranked one of the worst in the NFL…the dolphins will never be successful against good teams with this O-line…Grier needs to get that through his thick skull or maybe it’s to late for him…he might be gone at the end of the season…

We need a good left guard and a right tackle that can run block well. Let one of the guards keep their spot
@tiaaug28322 күн бұрын
@ you need to get cut along with Armstead…they just need to fire everybody who has a hand in this O-line group…and start looking for the best O-line coaches in the league

We had a right guard and his name was Robert Hunt. The organization could have extended a contract to him before letting him become a free agent and get the ridiculous contract the Panthers gave him that the Dolphins could not match. Hunt was just a guy the team drafted and could have invested in him for the future, but we signed Wynn instead.
@rydermcconville22 күн бұрын
To be fair we don't know if they offered Hunt beforehand. He could've declined and knew he would make more money in free agency. The real problem was not replacing him.
@rodnicker22 күн бұрын
@@rydermcconville Fair enough. Do you think putting a Franchise Tag on him would have been the right or wrong thing to do?

@@rydermcconvilleagreed. It’s possible they could have extended him extra early (during year 3). Seems like by the end of year 2 we knew what he was. But good stuff over all. Thanks for your excellent work.

What’s so frustrating is that they can build around the solid center and tackles, JUST ONE GOOD GUARD and the o line would be decent to good. But since BOTH are nothing special we end up having crap

Ryder, Great analysis! Love your insights on these guys. Can you analysis the following guards for us viewers? These guys have equally strong run and pass blocking grades...Addison West from West Michigan, Drew Moss from Colorado state, Tyler Voltin from Oregon State, Caleb Thomas from Tulane?

This OL wasn't good when we had Conner Williams & Hunt. Both positions needed to addressed. We need 2 quality interior OL. If Terrell Armstead comes back next year I would play Patrick Paul at LG and have the drafted C & RG with with Jackson at RT. If Grier doesn't address this OL he needs to go!
@javonthermidor233522 күн бұрын
Tua should keep the ball and roll out. Every time I see outside zone, tua has so much field. They need to show run to the strong side and run it weak side. That’ll confuse defenses and it’ll open up the passing game more
