This was my first time watching the Oscar's from begging to end just for him. I didn't want to miss this moment live. I was recording but got myself out of recording mod because of jumping too much and moving around. I cry and scream and jump. I'm just so happy for him he deserves every award his way

ngl angela basset didn't deserve the oscar for bb2, while I liked the performance, you can't tell me with a straight face that her performance was better than Stephanie Hsu's Joy from Everything Everywhere all at Once. There were two great scenes with her, and I don't think those scenes alone equate to an oscar.

Finally watching black panther there’s no way she actually thought she won. Stephanie hsu deserved it just for the “I’m tired” line alone.

@@Flodro250 I think Jamie and Stephanie had just as good performances. I also think that many members of the academy thought that only Jamie or Angela deserved to win over the others, because their careers are ending. Angela made a Marvel character so she was already doomed to lose because the academy just doesn't take those movies seriously. Stephanie is young, she is a great actress and she is not 64 years old on top of her, she has a whole career ahead of her to win her Oscar.
