Amazing Video, love it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 How did you remove the trees from the google earth import?
@pawelrymsza3 жыл бұрын
Thanks - to be honest i did not remove them - they way i hide them was to paint on google earth trees with Bushes using high density - this was i kept very close to real tree size. And trees which were very close to orginal building i just deleted whole area and placed similar trees on recreated terrain.

Brilliant. Is that point cloud in SU?
@pawelrymsza3 жыл бұрын
Thanks - its not point cloud (Twinmotion doesn't support that right now) - instead im using blender to convert google earth data into mesh. Renderdoc into blender if you wanna google it.

Very nice work. Best I’ve seen you produce in my opinion and you’ve done some great stuff!! One question. How did you integrate your model into the Google maps model in Sketchup? It makes such a big difference in adding to the realism of the surroundings. 👏👏
@pawelrymsza3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I'm using renderdoc into blender workflow. After blender im exporting it using FBX and importing into Sketchup with Transmutr plugin. There are 2 different meshes which i imported - one for close area (more detailed) and one very vast terrain for background. This kind of import is pretty hard to handle coz mesh is very messed up but with a bit of work you can blend new stuff with google earth data. Takes time and a bit of skill in modeling especially if terrain is very uneven. Gl

@@pawelrymsza thanks man. I’ll look into it. Is any work done in blender then or just mesh import and save as fbx? Is the mesh cleanup done in SU?
@pawelrymsza3 жыл бұрын
in blender its just import/export and some basic cleanup of unneeded mesh errors (sometimes happens there are bugged parts which make fbx way 2 big for no reason) - after that i optimize it further in sketchup
