Film Scoring Tutorial - Markers and Beatmapping in Logic Pro

In this Filmscoring Tutorial I want to show how to use Markers in Logic Pro to create a Beatmap so you can use time synched libraries like Gravity 2 to get those Hit points right.

If I can get there in this two weeks, I'd love to try with Studio One. I've not tried their new video functions yet, but they're now similar to Logic - something that made me upgrade. Hope to see you in the contest!

I abbandoned Studio One some years back and went back to Logic. But from what I remember they are very similar and I liked how easy it was to get Midi controllers work in S1

I use Cubase, but I'd imagine that it doesn't matter which DAW you use, there will be equivalent controls. Took me a while to figure out the advisability of the "lock" on the marker track 🤣

I don't know Cubase but I'm sure it does have markers and beat mapping just the same. And always lock your markers....otherwise...you know.... 😂
