If you keep running thru these episodes at this speed ur not gonna enjoy them the way u should n ur just gonna look bk at the episodes as one big blur. This show was not made to be binged. You need time to process what you watched n think about the episode, create your own theories, n give yourself time to anticipate watching the next episode. Your not gonna really appreciate the show zipping thru it like this. Your just ruining it for yourself.

I always loved the ending sequence of events in this episode. Claire realizing that the psychic knew the plane would crash, Sayid revealing that there are other people on the island, Hurley saying that there's someone who wasn't on the plane.

Wow some of the comments are starting to get weird, attacking Elie for hating or loving certain characters, complaining that he's moving too quickly, etc... Calm down people. It's a TV show. I enjoy Elie's speculation on characters and their motives as he watches, and I also don't care what pace he consumes the show. You want genuine reactions from him? Stop telling him how to experience the series and let him do it his way.

I am liking his reaction a lot because it brings back memories of watching this show for the first time and having many of the same feeling and coming up with the same theories. If he is watching it "wrong" then I watched it "wrong" back then as did thousands of other people :)

The ending of this episode is one of the greatest cliffhangers ever. Every single detail all comes together perfectly at once - and each one stacked on top of the other amasses to something truly spine-tingling in terms of revelations/realisations. I get CHILLS EVERY TIME! Great reactions man!

Here's a fun Easter Eggs for you: Charlie's tattoo says "living is easy with eyes closed" which is from Strawberry Fields Forever by the Beatles. I liked that you spoke about Giacchino's score. It took me a few watches to really clue in on his usage of themes for each character, however I did pick up on some like the traipsing through the jungle melody.

At the beginning of the episode in Claire's dream Locke looks like he's playing with tarot and there are crystals on the table, also in previous episodes Claire mentions she believes in astrology and asks Kate about her zodiac sign 🎉

Love this episode! Locke hadn't lost an eye...he had a dark eye and a light eye (so creepy!). I think Charlie was just panicking, rather than being/sounding aggressive towards Claire. It always really amuses me when he starts telling Claire to just breathe and calm down, when clearly HE'S the one who needs to do both 😆

Everyone always talks about 'Walkabout' being the episode that made them know this show was special and that is definitely true. But it was THIS episode that made me know 100% that I was going to love this show. The intense creepiness, the mystery, the intrigue with Claire's story. This episode is a masterclass in good writing in my opinion.

Nice one spotting the plane! There are a few instances where there are things in the background like cameramen and other crew and even a boat that was passing by in the distance in one shot. It must have been a real PITA shooting this at times on an island as busy as Oahu.

This episode is so creepy I love it. one of my favourites ever. When hurley says Ethan wasnt on the plane, Ethan's sinister look at Claire still haunts me and even the psychic creeps me out

The screaming does my head right in. I feel bad for Emilie. Somebody should have made the director stand there and scream like that. Sorry, i always have a tiff about that one bit. Otherwise, this is a great episode that adds a whole nother level of fucked up to an already fucked up situation for these people. Not to mention a whole nother level of intrigue for us!

Although this show (and GOT) broke my trust in any show for destroying the entire plots at the end... this was SUCH a great series up to season 5. Hope you enjoy the ride! We used to have get togethers to try and figure out all the fun mysteries and ideas this show brought.

What is funny is that your "Arab brother" (as you called him) is actually not an Arab... He is an Indian... Naveen Andrews who plays Sayid, is Indian... Now, Sayid is supposed to be an Iraqi but as real Arabs spectators stated : he has a catastrophic Arab accent (definitely not an Arabic one) and he made a lot of mistakes in Arabic words and expressions that have been used in the show

Elie, Sorry to shoot down your theory, but the skeletons found in the caves couldn't have been Danielle's husband (Robert) and child (Alex). Jack said that it takes 40-50 years for clothing to degrade to that degree. Danielle has only been on the island 16 years. That's not enough time for the clothes to degrade to that point.

I think it's too soon for him to make such a judgment call on either Locke or Kate, At this point we know little about Locke, and he's done nothing wrong up to this point. He's just fascinated with the Island, like he's found his calling - he places his faith in this Island. We know Kate did something bad before, but we also know she's actually a good person. She even made sure to save the old man from the wreckage - the one who turned her in for the reward. She also wanted to make sure he got that reward. She's also been very helpful and caring to people on the Island, and was against the torture of Sawyer, What gets me is, he's anti-Locke for no reason. But so far, Sawyer has given us no reason to like him. He hasn't had any character growth. Still the punk racist, misogynist, and confidence man he's always been. But still, it's only Locke that gets the benefit of his ire.
