That very last play. It looked like Oregon had it decently snuffed out at first. But as the qb held on the ball and let it play out? Bam....4 open wide outs lol Hopefully our O-Line can block for the ENTIRETY of the play

Matt, I am a basketball coach who just because a new middle school football coach and the high school system is going with a 5-wide offensive system. So it isn’t the Air Raid, but THIS VIDEO helped me a whole lot! I’m watching videos trying to catch up (haven’t coached football above midget level, and last coached it 14 years ago). I feel like our middle school kids win on talent usually, and I wanna win like I do with basketball, with player IQ and execution!

Wax I’m not sure that’s really the case at this point. The SEC has the best players, but has also traditionally had poor offensive scheme. There is nothing about the SEC scheme on defense that is better. Now that SEC teams are finally starting to catch up on offense schematically, the defense doesn’t appear so special anymore.

Love these Matt, but neither of those plays are mesh plays. They are shallow cross. The mesh play has the two recievers in the mesh basically cross shoulder to shoulder. The even teach it by having them slap hands as they run the route. Otherwise, great job. I really love the defensive read part of your breakdown. I've learned a ton from that alone.
