On a other note PJ would train off season at a local gym in Vaudreuil and during the strike and hoping to come back from is injury and everyone understood why is that guy so strong and in shape by the way he train and took is career seriously. Super thumbs up to you PJ for your career and super job on TV and the radio .

Ok- regarding the Zegras. Next to Lemieux faking the shot & allowing the puck go to Karyia in the Gold Medal game in 2002? This Zegras pass is one of the greatest plays I've ever seen in my life! The only reason I'm giving Lemieux the edge is because of the stage comparison of the game. A game against the worlds best vs a regular season game.

Hmm no, I think Torts truly feels this way. It's not a soundbite. I wish people would give the guy some respect as far as to why he thinks this way. I think he wants the game to stay "honest' in it's truest form with hard work, heart & battletested. He thinks this kind of move loses that part of the game. Which I don't think is the case, but I do see where he's coming from. This is something that could get Zegras into some trouble with a player, or team. There could be a player, or team that won't take kindly to being embarrassed in this fashion. So, I love the creation of this, but I'm not going to give Torts the gears, because I do see his point. I don't necessarily agree, but I do see what he's saying.
@pjpredhomme76993 жыл бұрын
@@nitemare507 I agree with you he was not trying to be controversial in this case - he said - look it looks cool . @nitemare5073 жыл бұрын
@@pjpredhomme7699 OMG! Pronger would've done something to every Duck he could reach & those he didn't get to? He had a long memory. I bet ya Zegras wouldn't try that play on Chara today either. I have no interest in them and it’s because the organization is boring. I would not go to a Panthers game for fun. On nights the canes aren’t playing I’m watching anybody else. I've always like PJ Stock, loved it when he was on Hockey Night in Canada and wish he still was. But, I have to admit watching this video I didn't think he looked very mentally well. He was kind of all over the place, distracted, and generally showing signs of mental burnout in my opinion. Compare to the episode with Zdeno Chara who just controlled the interview at his pace, seemed by comparison to be a guy who is in complete mental control.
