Yes, it happened quite a bit in the 80s & 90s according to my friends, siblings & cousins who went. They were usually there just to tell them to turn the volume down because of neighbors complaining but sometimes it turned ugly. I never went to parties in high school for that very reason. I was deathly paranoid about getting arrested for something stupid that someone else was doing.
