Legendary's Kong has definitely made a special place in our hearts, I think the fact that he is so "human", his protective and heroic instinct, the affection he can show to humans and how he always gets up again no matter how much he gets knocked down makes him my favorite. King Kong from 2005 is probably the best movie, but Legendary's Kong is my favorite King Kong.

I can't really point out the exact reason, I just really like most old robot depictions from movies and shows. I love how you made every version of King Kong. I grew up watching King Kong when I was young. I was in King Kong (1933), Son of Kong (1933), Kong The Animated Series, King Kong(1976), King Kong Escapes(1986), King Kong(2005),King Kong Alive on Broadway, Kong Skull Island(Monsterverse).My Favorite video game is Peter Jackson's King Kong the official game of the movie. 3:46 1976 is still my favorite version of the character. It’s like the equivalent to the Heisei Godzilla, a much scarier and more intimidating update to the Toho Showa suit concept. Expert model and suit work, no CGI required, and he was so expressive and lively because there were real human eyes under that mask (granted, with contact lenses on to make them more ape-like).

It's cool that all the movies, animations, and musicals from 1933 to 2024, as well as the nemesis who wrote a diary with them, are perfectly embodied!!
