To me, the charm of Deadpool is the fact that he is the ONLY one who is not taking anything seriously, even when he's put in a situation that would typically force him to do so. Though it seems this Domino isn't fully aware her luck powers work at the cost of everyone else's luck around her.

Juggernaut is not a mutant because he doesn't carry the X-gene like all the mutants do, he's just a normal guy somehow got magic power. Spider-man on the other hand is rather mutated via spider bite, he wasn't born with X-Gene. Deadpool is also considered a mutate in the comics, he got his power via Weapon X experimentation.

There're multiple cases where Deadpool does or seems to deliberately hurt himself or receives pain/injuries simply for the comedic factor. Like here, him still being able to track that bullet and being able to slice it in half like in X-Men Origins:Wolverine suggests to me that he was able to block those bullets just like he used to; difference here is he no longer needs to.
