Epic film really enjoyed it. I worked in Brunei in the 1908s and visited several tribes in the interior. They weren't supposed to head hunt any more but I was proudly shown many shrunken heads hanging from the longhouse walls. Amazing island and this brought back many happy memories. I had some fantastic adventures. You never forget your first smell of the tropical jungle. Thanks for the upload.

Nick Nolte was always a great actor. Wonderful at his craft. “48 Hours” one Nick Noltes best film with Eddie Murphy and one of the funniest /action packed movies you have ever seen. Then Nick N. was always really very great as an actor because he could pull off serious roles too. I watched interviews with him, and he had to overcome all the drugs and bad influences of Hollywood….. rebuild his life…. AND BY GOLLY -- he did. Hats off to you Nick…. your work lives onward!

What a great movie this was/is on such a low budget compared to what is spent now to make films. A wealth of actors and a fantastic story plot incorporating the sheer evil of the IJA during WW2. I hunted this down on DVD recently and just had to have in my collection.
