Very Cool Behind the Scenes! Thanks Pat! Cool Story: Garand Thumb..know all about that. After obtaining my first of three Garands from CMP over 20 years ago my late Grandfather, who served with the 1st Marine Div in WW2, came over to see it. I was hesitant on how to load it because I had heard about the pain of the Garand Thumb so my Grandfather, who was 77 at the time grabbed up the rifle, took a clip and in one motion inserted it and closed the bolt so fast it would make your head spin. When I asked him how he did that so fast and easy he looked at me with those twinkling blue eyes of his and said "Lot's of practice Son, lot's of practice." Miss You Paw Paw. Semper Fi. ❤️️🙏
