Great tips and thanks for putting this out there. I’d also like to see some tips on editing. For example, do you record several versions of the same video? I notice that music videos, like shows and commercials, change the frame every 3-5 seconds. So I would think that if you don’t have multiple cameras filling simultaneously (and only have 1) you’d have to take several shots of the video. Hopefully that makes sense.
@MikaMatinazad3 жыл бұрын
Hey Jason! Yes I'll be making a video on how to edit a music video. For this music video, I basically filmed 8 or 9 different times from different angles and compiled the footage in post. With music videos, you want to cut based on the pace of the music. and try to cut to a different angle every 2-4 seconds. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the video! Can we get a video explaining the ronin mounting method? I use a Osmo 4. Would like to use the ronin if it has a higher payload. Also, as someone who intends on filming every music video with a iPhone, I’d love to see a video where you run through your workflow and checklist in a shoot scenario. ✌️

What if you shoot outside, morning or evening not a studio what setting would you have your iPhone 11pro max
@MikaMatinazad4 жыл бұрын
Hey Jessica! If you're shooting outdoors, I would suggest shooting around sunrise or sunset because that's when you'd get the most flattering light, and if you're shooting in the evening, just make sure to film in an area with plenty of ambient lights!
