@@Ben-rz9cf I bought ones, but different brand (mine Weeylite, from Viltrox)... let me tell you, those mini light is AMAZING! it does help you had small light and lighting video/photo in ease, especially in tight space, or you just need to bounce it to wall to create fill-in, or like he does, give a colored accent in background with ease. but there is one problem with this mini light, THEY ARE FREAKIN HOT IN FULL BLAST! and the heat does make battery life quite a bit low due heat protection for the battery it self (mine only last 1 hour in full blast), but again, use around 40-60% is already great tool to had if you shoot video in lower light condition or adding accent color on the back... p.s: I intrigue to try Andoer brand, as mine one, Weeylite RB-08P, had certain negative point that I quite itch on it, which is: It more expensive compared to Andoer (I bought Weeylite around $30 ish), you cannot set brightness below 10% and the RGB mode is quite jumpy in certain color (you can see it if you set to party mode and quite noticeable). But the light color quality for fill in is great and you can simulate natural light with 2 way: in Kelvin (2400K - 8500K) or in Scene Mode (flashgun, shade, cloudy, tungsten, fluorescent, daylight), which both of them give me amazing result.

The RGB projector arrived yesterday and it is really cool. What Caleb did not mention is that it is a hard light that casts sharp shadows. Actually it is two lights in one. A RGBM (magenta) light with a lens and an outer multi LED white / warm white light. The first light gives the different colors and sharp shadows. The w/ww light gives the different color temperatures. I suspect the CRI sucks but as a light source for a practical light it allows you to match color temperatures. Wish I had bought two since they are now sold out.

10:02 Just a cautionary note for consideration especially since these are on the budget side and the QC, materials and design might be a little shoddy to reduce cost. Putting the lithium battery pack up against the charger and camera batteries and putting them into a bag for travelling might be a possible fire hazard. Batteries do heat up when charging and discharging and the two right up against each other might cause additional heat to transfer between them. Add to the enclosed space in a bag with no air flow, heat can build up. At best, this affects the health and lifespan of the cells (which are probably not great to begin with if they are the cheaper no brand batteries). At worse it can cause the batteries to explode which can burn up fast in a typical camera bag that’s probably made of some synthetic oil derived material. Still, it’s a convenient tip. Just perhaps worth caution to be mindful about potential heat build up. Maybe use a slower battery pack and/or only use the setup out in the open air so it gets a chance to cool. Also with the lights, or perhaps worth considering if one might be able to replace the internal battery and/or if we have access to local ewaste recycling for them once they die. The industry is pumping out a lot of LED lights but little care seems to be made to ensure they can be recycled, or repaired for long term use
