Really useful for the SDW100 prep, too! I've not managed to check this part of the course yet and it looks like one of the most tricky sections to navigate especially when you're exhausted.

I too suffer from the freezing cold hands syndrome Victoria I can be wrapped up and feeling nice and toasty but regardless of what running gloves I wear if it's cold out my hands never feel warm❄️

Hi there. So there is a layby just outside the farm next to the YH. We just pulled in there.

Thanks for this Stephen, I've run so many little routes on parts of this stretch of the South downs way but never put them all together so good to see how it all marries up 👍 Did part of this route with the Endurance Life Ultra at the weekend just gone which I saw you did a few years ago. I'd agree with your take on it from your video - it's hilly!

That Endurance life race seems to have changed a bit since I did it. Different start location for sure.
