Appreciate a modern free and open source tool with features comparable to the industry standard (Final Draft). I have three teeny tiny questions: Does it support dual dialogue (simultaneous side-by-side layout)? Does it support RTL scripts (العربية، فارسی، اردو)?

- Dual dialogue (not yet. It is in queue and will be in a future update) - RTL scripts (it has been discussed and we will incorporate it when technologically it's cracked)

Scrite bundles only one font for each language it supports, but it lists other fonts available in the host computer against each language. You can install additional true type fonts for Tamil from sources of your choice and have Scrite list them for use.
