It’s literally a big point in the movie that they didn’t notify him.., that’s partly why the detective was suspicious. He literally asks the nurse the same question, if nobody was notified how did the “husband” know… it’s almost as if u didn’t even watch the movie or recap 😂🤦🏽‍♀️
