How to make a Psychological Movie where the wife/lover has to escape from his Psycho Husband: - The husband has to have a degree in Engineering and Architect and can also build their own house, so that the wife doesn't escape. - Has glasses and has a busy schedule so that the wife can coincidentally make her escape plan.

the wife’s actions actually make a lot of sense 1. self doubt: no one wants to believe that their loved ones are capable of terrible things. this is the man she chose to marry and she wants to believe it’s just a misunderstanding 2. she didn’t really have a lot of concrete evidence. she had a broken camcorder, a matching letter with house blueprints and a picture of the intruder working on her house. at most she could’ve told the cops that she thought he went to the hospital the night the intruder was killed but she had no real reason to believe her husband would do such a thing at that point.

Christine was already a missing person before the beginning of the film and the police hadn't gotten anywhere with that. And he and his sons had extensive criminal history. The police were the last people they wanted to talk to or deal with and understandably would take the law into their own hands. As far as not finding the room when they break in they probably just didn't know where the button was?

Why can't he just has a secret mistress somewhere & give birth to his son? Or even better find a surrogate mother or get an adopted kid? Why go through so much trouble? And when did he plan to kidnap Christine in the first place? He met Christine while building his home, so he decided to suddenly add the secret room to the original home plan & nobody (the people building the house) get suspicious?

he didn't bring her there to get a child. he just wanted to have that mental power over her. he only wanted to kill her and play mind games

This video gets it wrong. If you watch the movie he never says he wanted a baby. All he was doing was kidnapping, raping and murdering. He was going to kill the girl that night if his wife hadn't killed him.

Imagine how you would feel if you found out your partner had a weapon that you didn't know about. Who's to say it is for emergencies? What happens if you get out of line? The fact of the matter is that if everyone who is of appropriate age and lives in the house does not know about the gun, something is wrong.

Most people just talk about the possibility of having kids despite infertility, like surrogacy or adoption, over dinner. Why go through the hassle of kidnapping, impregnating, and then killing a girl tho

I like this recap channel , story telling is in reasonable speed and the sentences are made in a nice way so people whose English is not their mother language ( like me ) can follow and understand easily. Other channels narrators talk too fast and in sensational manner so it gets annoying. Keep up... dont change 😊
