now i dont have the skills to compete sadly despite wanting to learn. but if i was in this scenario in the show id pretend to go along with elise before the voting, and when i get to the elimination room imma twist the backstabber on elise and say Jennifer is the better chef. and hint at her manipulation. "i feel like i can trust jennifer more in her skills her teamwork her TRUST. shes not the kind of person who would go around behind everyones backs and convince everyone to eliminate a stronger competitor just so she can stay in the game. not to mention shes made much fewer mistakes than elise tonight" hint hint. i dont care what flattery you use on me not "i know your better than me" not "your handsome" not "i like you" the MOMENT you drag me behind a corner and try to convince me to turn against a teammate just because you know your getting the boot if you dont have people behind you. you lose every single droplet of any respect i have for you. and imma be a backstabby b***h to ya like how you are to your team. and imma REMIND YOU bout it. theres a difference between "i was the best of the best!" and "i was a manipulative b******d" when you win.

🙄 I cannot forget how Jason annoyed the Red Team when Melisa chose him to stay behind to help the Red Team for the punishment challenge. How he kept annoying the Red Team thinking that they didn't know how to do bread making. Which made Donya tempted to punch him in the face. Anton Anton so many things wrong with him. He nominated himself as a leader without talking to his team. When clearly they didn't want him as the leader. When he wasn't acting much of a leader during service kept sending food without letting Ramsey checking it before its being served fighting with Sou Chef Andy because she's a woman.

Next do Worst Moments (from Gordon) in Kitchen Nightmares/Hotel Hell--That would be about about 3 hours long. Repeatedly asking an overweight guy when he last ate a salad/went to the gym because he was pre-determined to turn his restaurant into a health foods spot (The Mixing Bowl), taking the side of a chef who threatened to assault a server just because Gordon liked the chef's burger recipe (Burger Kitchen), asking the camera crew to go away so he could have a private chat with a restaurant owner but keeping his mic on (multiple episodes), asking female servers to call him "hot" and then edit it to make Gordon look uncomfortable (almost every KN episode), calling a gay man a f*****t (Juniper Hill Inn), stumbling upon a husband-wife owner pair that had a domestic violence problem and not having the sense to cut filming and instead made it an episode (La Bistro), stumbling upon an obvious money laundering scheme and not having the sense to cut filming and instead made it an episode (Amy's Baking Company), prying a d**g addiction confession out of a chef and airing it for drama (Mangia Mangia), I could go on forever looooooooooooool Gordon credits himself as an executive producer of all of these shows so he has full responsibility for how they're edited and what gets aired, I don't feel bad for a second blaming him for these things.

Also just a note he's from britian and is being a brit, they are straight to the pint and don't mince words. As someone who takes insults not so well I see nothing abusive about this. You need to have thick skin to be in a high intense kitchen which even I wouldn't be able to do.

Executive producers dont have the power you think they do. It is quite common for the host to be an executive producer. They dont have any power over anything involving production. It just means that they put money into their own show. Also you don't seem to know what the job of a producer is...they don't take part in any editing...they just organize the cast and the script. The editors are the ones that edit it down and format it according to the script organized by the producer. But Gordon takes no part in any of that.

it's looked at overall, he knows chefs sabotage, but he wants chefs to spot the sabotages and call them out. He'll keep some bad/sneaky chefs around to make sure the strong people are spotting the mistakes.

I have to say, I don't really blame Michelle. Manda needs to learn how to check if the pasta is ready by look or feel. I am just a home cook and I do this. To be fair, it IS a competition. Was it the right thing to do? Probably not, but I don't really blame her.

as maddening as it is i can kinda understand ramseys choice to eliminate jess. yes she has troubled background yes he shouldnt give a damn about dorm stuff yes she was almost flawless. but packing her bags before shes even eliminated kinda has a BIG WARNING SIGN. that because of being put out of a comfort zone she was willing to give it all up so easily and prepare for failiure she had packed expecting to leave. what would happen if she was head chef? i highly DOUBT gea would be better. shed be the type of head chef to end up having a GORDAN RUN BUSINESS starring in KITCHEN NIGHTMARES. gea didnt deserve the spot at all for her laziness and lack of care let alone her untrustworthiness. not to mention how when jess was describing her fears of dispute, gea was ROLLING HER EYES as if she thought jess was a show pony wanting sympathy to stay. sadly he had to pick one of two evils, one with a warning that she wasnt ready yet for the role and one that was willing to run her team to the ground to get the role. i doubt it was an easy choice. at least jess had potential to BECOME ready for it in future maybe some therapy or maybe self reflection to help her mental health to improve. gea wont change no matter what. at least in the end gea never got to take the role. not to mention someone the other chefs didnt trust and would put themselves out for who they are like that would put a challenge on the red team to see which one was worthy of the title. jess was sadly a casualty. but at least instead of gea throwing her team mates under her to climb to the top she ended up being a stepping stone for someone else's success in an ironic twist

I don't agree. She was a good chef, had a good palate, got along with everyone and kept her head down and worked. As for the pasta thing, it's a competition for head chef for the most famous chef in the world. If Manda can't tell when her pasta is ready, she shouldn't expect that job. I don't know that I would do what Michelle did, but I don't really blame her.
