Among other things, raw food can kill lives. So... in a lot of ways, he IS saving lives. Lol 2. Everyone who enters this competition know who Ramsey is before putting themselves in his kitchen. It's entirely on them for putting themselves in that situation.

You can clearly tell poster hasn’t watched the longer dinner only services from season 2. Ramsay isn’t a bully. He’s a great teacher and is remarkably patient. Dinner services are condensed down from like three, almost four hours into a 30 minute segment. Of *course* they’ll show Ramsay yelling like hell; one can only take someone making dumb mistakes over and over and over for so long.
