I am continuous viewer of Panchayat every time/ every short clip of Panchayat. I am not sure how they created such an innocent/superlative connected series in today's era. All the best for 3rd season and it would be more rocking.

Apart from writers, music by Anurag Saikia is also great. Every actor has given her/his more than 100%. Its combination of all talented old & new actors, some of them r NSD alumni. Director Deepak Mishra really amazingly crafted today's modern Indian village showing how its Panchyat Raj poltical system is going on.

Masalas shouldn't dominate the taste of lauki..maybe mild.. For rice too it's a good combination We just add gingerly oil ,jeera mustard seeds ,small onions, crushed garlic, green chilli ,curry leaves Sauted and add chopped lauki with little turmeric salt. Added required water till the lauki is cooked Then mashed the lauki with wooden masher. Finally added less than 1/2 tsp of coriander powder. Cooked for a min or two till done. This tastes amazing with rice.
