@@dexterLia942 yes I agree it's completely not made up and it's inbuilt. But calling Ma'am/ Sir to someone makes the other person feel entitled and yourself downgraded. This Ma'am/ Sir culture was actually thought to us by British to downgrade us and this is followed even now. And Gaurav Bhaiya is more educated and qualified then Shilpa. So it's ok if he doesn't call her ma'am. Instead we can use "ji" like "Shilpa ji" while addressing.
