By looking at his workout regime . I don’t think vegan diet is gonna give him enough protein . Unless like he eats like multiple bottles of Rajmas and peanuts which is crazy . Best diet for his workout regime is omnivorous diet.. and if he consumes like good amount of dairy products then vegetarian diet may be good for him too but in general I don’t think vegan diet is good for him
