Doubtful. Fitoria stated that a filolial only grows into a queen when they are raised by a hero. The only reason that Filo is a queen is because Naofumi is the one that tamed her. Any egg he chose would have become a queen (provided it was female I guess). Besides, how would the slave dealer have gotten Fitoria's egg?
