In Finland I watched this series first time I was 4-5 years old at mid 60's. From our brand new b/w Philips tv-set :)

Gdy byłem jesze dzieciakiem i były zimowe ferie to włączałem telewizor ok 9. 00 godziny rano nie było nic ale potem były takie programy edukacyjne które nie były wymienione w programie tv. Tam pierwszy raz natrafiłem na filopat i patafila.

Could you imagine watching these shorts with Glandular Fever? I could, because I did. BTW Glandular Fever has hallucinations very similar to an Acid Trip. No wonder I grew up ‘different’. 😎

Filopat y Patafil, uno de los primeros cartones cuadro cuadro que vi. Lo veía en u televisor blanco y negro RCA que había comprado mi mamá. Primer oportunidad que tengo de verlos aclores.

Yo la veía en un Philips de 29... allá por 1970, poco antes de Ultraman y los Thunderbirds! Nada como la infancia!

Thanks!!! I knew I have watched these cartoons growing up in Puerto Rico. I guess they came through Mexico. Every time I asked my cousins about them, they looked at me like I was crazy and they did not know what I was talking about. Imagine if these cartoons were shown today smoking with matches fire, drinking wine. The political correctness groups would have boycotted them. Gracias!!

Ho boy!...this makes me remember when I was a kid,watching TV in pyjama.The jingle at the beginning,the weird sountracks and the absurds stories will always stay in my mind...from which country? Agree with you lethorja: you wont see much cig smoking, putting fire, drinking wine & drowning in todays kid's program. Thanks thingol61
