I was there! First MXDN's. First time in Europe. First time in Paris. It was great! The whole atmosphere was electric. Fans were crazy. David Vuillemin gave me lots of tips on what to do in France. He's really a great guy. The Payton family helped me out when I was at the race. They are great! Had a blast! If you ever get a chance...go!

Another great job by Team U.S.A. with Dungy, Villapoto, and Badgett. Great track and good job by France, the host nation taking second. Full marks also to Team Australia on its first podium. Very impressive ride by Russia's Borbyshev who had the ride of his life in the last moto, leading for a good while against the world's best, and ending up 5th. However, as usual, too much non-racing preliminarys and team interviews at the expense of what we all want to see - MORE ACTUAL RACE FOOTAGE!
