A small comment. i would that. to compute the present values, you should use the alternative method not to input values on the calculator. Just for understanding purposes

1- If I am a seller (lessor) of machines, how do I find if it is better for me to sell or lease out ( rent out) a machine. 2- Also, in your example, did you include insurance coverage and regular maintenance costs? If not, how can we include it? Thanks a lot

Very good video. I am debating with someone on this topic....regarding the fair value of the equipment being replaced by the new acquisition/lease. What is your perspective on this? Shall the fair value of the old asset (the one being replaced) be deducted from the "investment" amount, as you present it in your video?
