for people wondering why the clock stopped for 2 minutes its because the clock kept ticking during a stoppage earlier in the half when its meant to stop. It gets paused until the refs time catches up with it then the clock resumes . If it didn't stop the game would have been 78 minutes not 80.

I also noticed at 7:59 the time was still ticking while reviewing the try which ended up making up its time for when the clock stopped earlier but typical Blues fans always blaming something every time they lose but I am so happy Crusaders smashed them in the finals and Blues fans were still making excuses and blaming the ref when they lost even tho Crusaders were dominating the Blues at everything lol

@@KiwiPepega The clock stopped for 1:53, and then they wasted 0:40 on the TMO which shouldn't have happened. 1:53-0:40= 1:13 If you add 1:13 to 78:28, there would have been time to kick-off anyway.

So many salty Blues fans here trying to blame the clock or either they aren't smart enough to know that the refs time is often different to the time on the TV also I did notice the ref had to stop play a lot due to injuries while the clock was still ticking and even the clock was ticking at 8:11 while reviewing a try so grow up you Blues fans that are making up excuses about the clock its making you people look dumb lol, Hurricanes won fair and square.

My God the skills in comparison to Ireland vs Italy this past wkd. Against 15 the canes scored 19 points in 10 minutes,and earned everyone, whereas Ireland couldn't average that pace against 13 for about and hour, and a a much weaker 13 at that

Yo If I was a blues fan I'd be spitting tacks at the time keeping for this game. Time stops at 75:47 barley 10 secs later refs calls Time on but the clock stays at 75:47 until the final pass before Rayasi scores!!! #WTF Mate minutes count in this game.

5:37 the time is paused for 2.5-3 minutes. Technically they played several mins in overtime and hurricanes stole it.
