Looks like another good job. Whomever gets the hay will be blessed for sure. The videos that come from the area are heartbreaking. Sally and I continue to pray for y'all and everyone in the area. The American spirit and God's grace will win out - through the hands and hard work of the Believers. God bless bud.

@@tommywise1702 Thanks Tom and Mrs Sally. Y’all are fantastic. Many, many very sad scenes to see in the area. We were SOOOO blessed compared to many here. Continued prayers appreciated!

Nice work 👏 It's amazing to me how different things looks down your way compared to up here in Kentucky. Our hay fields have been done for a while and most of the trees leaves have changed colors.

Thanks Jason. We didn’t get much fall color this year, the hurricane winds took off most of the leaves.

When you cut with the drum mower is all the weight of the mower sitting on the ground? If so, did you have to adjust the break away spring tighter?

Yes Sir. Both skid plates sit flat on the ground. That’s why it’s quite important to take the time to level out the drum mower proper. I have my break-away bar set just a few turns tighter than it was at the factory position and seems to work great.

@ I haven’t actually used mine yet but have tried it out. When I had both drums sitting completely on the ground and drove forward the break away engaged. I did tighten the spring after that and it seemed to help. Thanks for the reply
