@lightkira4119Ай бұрын
Lol you are right but there were plenty of times Shaq ended games before the 4th quarter. The other teams big men were all in foul trouble or had 5 fouls by the end of the third period. Shaq only hurts your team of the game is very close and the other team had lots of big men left. You could sit Shaq out 2 minutes and have a smaller faster unit protect the lead with no opposition big men in play. Shaq needed to be fed underneath and soak up all the fouls.

@@lightkira4119 "Game on the line"....
@lightkira4119Ай бұрын
@@rayhoward9644 that's why I said you were right and elaborated on other scenarios. An NBA game doesn't always end with 1 shot. There are blowouts and there are times where you give someone 3-4 quick fouls and they sit the majority of the game. I remember a Lakers game where Shaq single handedly fouled out 2 centers and the other team had to use power forwards as substitutes because they had no options. If you want to always talk about game on the line scenarios for all your arguments then those are very cherry picked. Shaq would be terrible if every game was close but then that means you did a horrible job in the other 3 periods and didn't capitalize on his strong points and build a lead.
@rayhoward9644Ай бұрын
@lightkira4119 When Shaq is scoring his awesome amounts of points, the opposition would be scoring individually. So come crunch time guess what? The opposition is right there. It's times like this - like Obama, I suppose - I go for the dream. Not a single weakness , yes ?
