De’Aaron Fox totaled 23 points a Domantas Sabonis totaled 13 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists in his 26th triple-double of the year. Dallas has now won 6 straight and the 10th of their last 11th as they improve to 44-29 while the Sacramento Kings move to 42-31.
Sabonis had his 56th straight double-double and 69th of the year. 69 double-doubles ties him with Andre Drummond (18-19), Dwight Howard (07-08), and Kevin Garnett (04-05) for most in the last 20 seasons.
Sabonis’ 58th triple-double of his career puts him one shy of tying Larry Bird for 10th - most all-time.

For Kyrie to be aboe to go clutch in the 4th, Luka has to keep them in the game the other 3 quarters and the rest of the team has to step up their defense when the other team is getting tired. i felt that the most important players last night were Gaffird and Lively, switching places regularly to keep their strength to bump with Sabonis all night. In the stretch, that payed dividends.

Yeah you could see early on that the Kings decided to gamble by leaving perimeter shooters open just to stop the roll and get Luka to pass the ball. In the 4th though the problem of putting so much pressure on Luka is they left Kyrie to go one-on-one against a defender and that rarely works well.
