Here in Cornwall it's been quite prominent and due to our woke county council not pulling it up from verges etc using a green excuse for not doing so.

Must be a good feeling to have full clamps plus some bales going into Autumn.

On the North Yorkshire coast there is miles of the bloody stuff. Sleep have about 12 acres of meadow. And most years we pull one or 2 plants. This year had 3 dumpy bags of it. I have never seen so much.

Ragwort all over in Gloucestershire/ Monmouthshire. It seems to have become really bad since the councils went to yearly verge cutting and the Forestry Commission and Natural resources wales ignore it also.

Good evening, Dan. Ragwort is spreading here in Northumberland. The council - highways used to keep the A1 and other primary roads clear. Not anymore. Obviously, farmers do their best to control it. It's a losing battle when the local authorities don't pull their weight. 👍

Great video Dan. Enjoyed watching. 👍🏼👍🏼

Finding that ragwort is increasingly a problem for us. Early spring control doesn’t help clover in the swards either. Councils are responsible in a lot of cases. Dairy farm Ireland 🇮🇪

It drives me nuts that the ragwort is not cut on roundabouts etc, we have seen more than ever. A roundabout in Warminster was growing it like a crop😱

Ragwort - not noticed any reduction or gain this year, although I do see large area's of field covered in the stuff with little attempt to deal with it. I assume it is still a notifiable plant? We did have one grazing field near us which was covered in it last year. Cattle into the meadow and it was left alone. This year I don't recall seeing much in there at all (if any) I don't know what they did to it. Too big an area to pull out.

In Ireland I know a farmer who lost 40 weanlings with ragwort in precision chop silage.

Here in Somerset it is the verges, I did see one of the battery car brigade cutting it, I suppose to take home as a flower, 😲

Up here 🏴 the road verges are horrendous this year and also seen more than usual in rough grazing areas that are used for nothing else 😕 are you not putting the maize in a clamp 🤔

Hi Dan, would consider doing a review of your 5713? I'm thinking of buying one with a front loader. Is the add blue a pain?

Here in our area in the Netherlands i didn't find that much ragworth actually. Other years it was way worse. Only in places that didn't get slurry i saw some. Under fences and a couple horsepaddocks. Did pull it out. But all in all it's been worse. 😊

I had to spray all my pastures in spring for ragwort it was coverd

Plenty around in Shropshire. Too many people owning fields\paddocks and not doing anything with them. Horse owners seem to be worse than anyone. Noticed alot of bindweed as well.
