Old Alphinaud was good in my opinion. Alisaie on the other hand... A bit off topic, but Thancred's old voice is way better than the new one in my opinion. That was probably the worst VA change they did. Not saying that the new one is bad, but just the old one fits the character so much more.

Thank you for uploading this. I'm just doing the dungeons now and at Louisoix's flashback the screen went white and just stayed that way while all the sound effects played out. It sounded very exciting, but I couldn't see anything.

@@Wulfi4 I eventually had to solo them as drk it hard on one or two but the rest are quite doable at 80. Bahamut himself was almost embarrassingly easy.

As a filthy casual player, I didn't try the Coils until I'd reached level 70 in Stormblood on all my jobs. At level 70, I soloed all the Coils up till The Second Coil of Bahamut - Turn 4, or T9. This is the most difficult Coil raid to solo. Unlike all the other Coils, I don't think anyone has soloed it with a level 70 job. At least, there are no KZbin videos of it I can find. A number of KZbin videos do exist of players soloing it with level 80 jobs, e.g., warrior, samurai, summoner, dancer, red mage. I myself have since soloed T9 as a level 80 red mage. I've uploaded it, T10, T11, and T12 on my KZbin channel and will make them public when I finish soloing T13, the only one left I have to do. A KZbinr who's known for speedrun videos soloing instanced duties in FFXIV, awsmPhil, completed T9 as a level 80 summoner in under a minute! I think all level 80 tanks can solo T9 because they all have an action - warrior's Holmgang, paladin's Hallowed Ground, gunbreaker's Superbolide, dark knight's Living Dead - which prevents them from dying for a short period of time to the solo raid wiping mechanic of those flying dragons outside the combat area and allowing them additional crucial time to DPS down the boss. Level 80 jobs with weak DPS - e.g., healers - don't seem to be capable of soloing T9.

@@crusherjoe8519 I got back to ff14 2 months ago I left before heavensward a long time ago and its impossible to find people to do this cause its hard and a pain in the ass to do xD then seeing that I can do it for myself is nice I just got to shadowbringers and Im lvl 75 will try later and see it for myself thanks for telling it cause I would never try it otherwise

one of the things that FF 14 doesn't do so well on anymore is adding this much story content to the raids anymore I feel like if they did many more people would go for clears i remember in 2.0 when bahamut came out EVERYONE AT END GAME WAS TRYING TO CLEAR ITS VARIOUS STAGES and now in the new raids its not as much and not as engaging

nah papllymo used only his own aether to cage funny dragon, while liouoicx went full primal with everyones prayer and power you feel?

@@Vincent-rd4rg More specifically his cage was much weaker but also successful because Shinryu was weaker than Bahamut. So there was a lot less aether involved and since the cage didn't break all that aether was used to make it. Lousioux's cage broke causing the aether to scatter, this meant the dense cloud of aether was free to be shaped by the prayers and Louisoix's desire to save Eorzea.
