Hey guys hope all is well! Just started watching your vlogs, Congratulations! 🎉🎊 on your trivia win!! In regard to Palo’s I am really surprised that the chef did not say anything or apologize for your meal or at least try to make up for it! This is definitely not acceptable! Disney always makes good for mishaps as they live up to their name. Hope you guys filled out the comment card at the end. Disney always reads these cards, this is how they make their ships better.

Thanks for watching! We definitely did. We spoke with guest services and ultimately, the manager at Palo, who only offered to send champagne. In our opinion, the meal should have been comp’d so that we start with a fresh slate if we chose to dine there on the Magic again. Given how they handled it, we definitely won’t be dining there on the Magic again.

Thanks for watching! We do have a very old video that covers the differences between the Magic/Wonder/Dream/Fantasy. The video predates the Wish, so that’s not covered there. Our fav is the Fantasy! We love the larger ships.
