Yea i was actually after a trout for the old man .. my go to plastic are 3 inch berkly power minnow .Grey and brown with speckles works great on reddies and trout and pink ones are also good just on the reddies .

Hi Sally My biggest i didnt actually measure but it was easily 4lb and in the picture i have it looks as fat as a football and is as long as the 3lb trout its sitting next to. Also caught a lot of 2 to 3 pounders
