In the first round, I lost to that boss because of a biggest splash of water. A short time after that, I rushed toward it like a madman in the second round.

Mine's even worse, I died to a cheap shot move of his that summons a flood of water from the drains which i was not able to notice because it was behind the camera angle of my character.

I like how you can switch between characters during combat and use summons!! When I see FFVII remake the battling system reminds me of FFXV. The game play is awesome and I know the controls are solid, if your new to FFVII remake I'm sure they have a tutorial.

It looks nothing like the original when it comes to quality, animation etc. but what I love about the remake is that all character's and monster's designs are 100% accurate with original ones. In general guys at Square Enix have flawless sense of what to leave exactly the same, and what to change to make it better.

You’re kidding right lol? Dude they literally copied detail for detail from the OG game with amazing detail just look at all the enemies and bosses….they literally kept it the same and added more detail 🤦🏼‍♂️

This fight is frustrating me so much. My whole team gets destroyed by the water spout thing.

Bort the the earlier water spout attacks only come from one of the waterway (the barred circle thing on the wall, there are two of them) you can easily notice from which waterway the water spout will come when abzu starts to cast it, then you can just dodge it by moving to the other side of the arena. The later water spout attacks will come from both waterway, i think you can dodge it by moving to the center of the arena

Yes it a little bit hard, I't took me 3 tries until I figured the water spout, I this game multitasking is very important and that includes keeping and eye on what bosses are doing and identifying attacks, here it's important to identify when it's going for the water thing also use Fire + elemental on Cloud's sword and equip something that prevents potion. Also in general it's crucial to know how to stun enemies otherwise its extremely hard to beat some bosses

I thing best chapter in this game is chapter boss abzu, we fight boss have many weak point, invironment take advantage or disadvantage for player or boss. we want player can use more invironmet to attack boss and monster

It's just FF13 and 12 replica. What's there to get amped about. 12 was better IMO though. Hate the fact the Summon ults are nowhere near as good as the old animations, and everything is bound to give seizures. It's junk for handicaps.

Except the dodge mechanic is complete wack and useless, because enemies have godly tracking. And if you tell me to treat it as turn based, then what's the point of real time combat?
