Final Fantasy IX - Credits

And to finish things up, here are the ending credits to the game. I was going to skip this, but I figured why not. Maybe some of you like the ending song.
Anyway, this ends my FFIX series of videos. Someone wanted me to do a video showing how to beat Yan's (the toughest random encounter enemies in the game), but I don't think they're tough at all really. They die to two 9999 moves, their scariest move is Comet (can OHKO one person randomly), and their Snort move is annoying, but they're still really manageable. It's only when you encounter 3 of them in a group where you might get your ass handed to you even at LV99.
So yea, no plans for anymore FFIX videos, done with the game. If you never played it, I highly recommend it. It's not my favorite FF, but as I said in an earlier video, I think it's very underrated as a FF. It's only like $10 on PSN right now (even though I own the PSX version, I bought the PSN port for convenience for recording in HD).
Hope you guys enjoyed this series, got a new series starting tomorrow! (No, it's not FFXIII-2...or FF). As for you Brawl guys, relax, tourney videos coming soon too!...And as for you KH Hacked Fight fans, once again, relax, I'm still working on making more, just haven't had much time lately.

I played this when I was 8. I was not able to understand the story of the game fully. I replayed it as an adult and it made me realize how good this game is. So far the best game I've ever played. The struggles of every character makes my present day problems seem like a walk in a park. They fought for their lives and what they think is right. Finally, it brought them to their desired endings. I will fight for my happy ending and for people around me too. I wish to come back to this comment as a happy and contented person. 😢

This was the last real final fantasy game i enjoyed playing sadly. I look at what its become since it became ENIX and as a longtime fan anything after FFX just isn't like a classic final fantasy game anymore. ATB battles, the beautiful, classic, traditional music they used to use, now all orchestral style and not much from Nobuo Uematsu anymore. Just my opinion guys. Don't get me wrong though, i still like the new games but they will never be as great as FFI-X

Oh fuck off. The last great FF was FF10. That had one of the best stories, some of the best characters and arguably the best music. Uematsu did the music too. It was the last Squaresoft game. It got 92 on metacritic same as FF6 and FF7. Thats Squaresoft's last farewell to the fans. It's a tragic tale that fits the tone of the end of Squaresoft.

It's been about 14months since I played FF9, might be time for 2020's playthrough. FF7 gets so much acclaim and love, FF8 gets plenty of hate but plenty of love too... but FF9 just gets ignored.. The greatest final fantasy gets ignored..

FF7 gets waaaay too much attention (not saying it's bad, cool your keyboards ppl) FF9 is just such a good, charming game and really feel the fantasy in it. I think the reason it didn't do so well was cause of the time it came out. PS2 was just being released and such. Thankfully now with the help of KZbin and streaming services FF9 is coming back into the light and I love it.

NeverBland I always saw it as the two worlds coming together, as the whole Terran plan was to fuse with Gaia, so Zidane and Garnet represent that plan coming to fruition, if not in the way it was originally planned. The creation of the Crystal though is interesting, I like how you link it to their children.

the reason why it has felt different ever since after 9 is mainly i believe because of them adding voice to the characters. Before that, we were able to use our own imagination in creating their voices, making the characters themselves our own so to speak. Making it more personal for you.

It's called the Prelude and, as far as I know, it's been in every Final Fantasy game somewhere or other. watch?v=NE6ju1SEq9w The one right before that is the Final Fantasy Main Theme it was the the music that played after you beat the tutorial dungeon and saved the princess in FF1. It's been in just about every FF game too but it's usually used as part of the ending theme.

I can honestly say that the Final Fantasy series beats the shit out of any other role playing game. The cut-scenes in these games are just too awesome..makes me want to play them again.
